Finn Waterfalls is a family business owned and operated by Randy Finn since the mid 80's. Randy began his career in the landscaping industry in New England and worked his way through school at Bowdoin College and Vermont Law. Here he honed his skills in landscape management, design, installation, horticulture, irrigation and stone masonry.
Following school he moved to the Pacific Northwest where his career blossomed, completing custom projects over the years for residential homeowners, homebuilders, management companies, commercial builders, municipalities, states and the federal government.
SAMPLE PROJECTS:
RESIDENTIAL: Bill Gates' estate and vacation home. Historic estates on the intercoastal waterway in Fort Pierce, Stuart, Jupiter, Palm Beach, the Florida Keys, and Naples. Estates across the country in Georgia, Arkansas, Texas, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, Washington, Oregon, Utah and Colorado.
COMMERCIAL: Outdoor World/Bass Pro Shops, the new Boca Raton Downtown Library, Colorado Avenue Downtown Historic Stuart, the Cedar River Park on Lake Washington for the Federal Government, Old Mill Park on Liberty Bay in Silverdale Wa. for the State of Washington and many more.
Finn Waterfalls was given the feature story and cover of Architectural Digest in 2001 for its' work on the groundbreaking development at Poulsbo Place in Poulsbo, Wa. Over the years Randy has received numerous awards for landscaping projects, waterfeatures and showpieces. Between 1997-2000 Randy constructed the best of show exhibits an unprecedented 3 out of 4 years at the Northwest Flower and Garden Show, which includes the top Landscape designers and installation contractors in the 6 NW States, see pics at bottom of page. Many industry professionals and consumers consider this to be one of the most prestigious shows in the industry.
Randy personally designs and installs all of his projects with his two sons RJ and Kevin, and his highly trained staff of landscape professionals. All of the projects Finn Waterfalls builds are custom designed and unique unto themselves and range in size from poolscapes and modest residential installations to development of large acreages and parks.
